This frame is so perky. The black base is covered in hand painted and hand cut polka dot mosaic glass. Then I embellished it with five bright colored flowers with pearl dome centers. Overall, this frame measures just under 5.5" x 6.5" and will hold a 4" x 5" vertical photo of your choice. Glass is included to protect your photograph.
