This petite frame is covered with hand cut blue glass and features ceramic flowers and leaves at two corners. The base is light blue wood and I used white grout to add to the cheerful look. Overall, this frame measures just under 3.5 inches x 4.5 inches and will hold a 2 inch x 3 inch photo of your choice. Replace the vintage girl with kitten images with the one of your choice.
